Q: What types of students do you support?
A: We specialize in helping certified healthcare students (or those nearing completion) find entry-level roles. This includes Medical Assistants, Phlebotomists, Medical Billers & Coders, EKG Techs, and more.

Q: Is there a fee for schools to participate?
A: No. We do not charge schools to refer students or participate in our candidate network.

Q: Do you support graduates who haven’t found jobs yet?
A: Absolutely. We welcome recent grads, past students, and even those returning after a gap. If they’re certified or actively pursuing certification, we can help.

Q: Can you provide job leads for students who haven’t done their externship yet?
A: We prioritize candidates with completed externships but can help students find employment after completion. In some cases, we can recommend accredited programs or support extern-to-hire transitions.

Q: Do you track employment outcomes?
A: Yes! We share outcome updates with partner schools and are happy to provide placement verification for accreditation purposes when applicable.

Q: How are your referrals different than online job boards?
A: Every candidate we send to an employer is screened by a real recruiter, not just filtered by AI. We focus on matching readiness with real employer needs.

A: We provide exclusive access to certified healthcare candidates, help co-host tailored career fairs, and share monthly candidate spotlights highlighting top talent ready to hire. 

Q: Do you offer Premium Access to job openings?

A: We are actively developing our Premium Access program to provide schools with early and exclusive job listings tailored to their students. While this is not widely available yet, we invite interested schools to partner with us and be among the first to benefit once the program launches.
